Plugin reveals WordPress version

    Hello,

    As a security measure, our site hides the version of WordPress we are running. The AddThis plugin, however, reveals it in its script. Can this be removed or changed or hidden?

    Appreciate the effort on this issue with ver. 5.3.4, however, the issue remains. This appears in source:

    We are on WP 4.7.1. Fix coming in next update?

    p.s. Also, is there a reason it’s not compatible with the latest ver of WP?
