 * Can you please assist us with the request below.
 * webgalway posted a review for our WordPress plugin stating he received an error
   while installing the plugin.

 * The reason for the error was because his PHP version was not up to date (Needs
   to be PHP version 5.4 or higher). We have since updated our own documentation
   to make this clearer however this requirement has always be documented in our
   FAQ’s.
 * We have had confirmation from another user bfvillaluna that updating the PHP 
   version resolved the installation error.
 * We have tried contacting webgalway but we have not had a response. We would like
   them to change their review rating or remove the review as we feel this was not
   an issue with the plugin it was a user error with PHP not being updated.The plugin
   goes through a vigorous testing process before being pushed live onto the marketplace
   and is very unlikely for a installation error to occur, we test this well.
