[Plugin: Revision Control] Choosing a default setting for use with multisite

    Also, I would love the ability to delete all revisions beyond the maximum of 2 without having to go into each post.

    I’d like to add my voice to this! Please add multi-site compatibility that allows you to set a network-wide setting that can’t be changed on an individual site/blog level.

    @philesq you can use another plugin like WPCleanup or something to delete all the post revisions. It won’t save the latest 2 for you, but then you’ve set everything to 0 and you’ll have your 2 revisions from then on.

    Searching further, I found this: http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/limit-post-revisions-network-option/ which seems to do just want I was looking for. I only “Network Activate”ed it, and it seems to work fine.
