 * Hi,
 * I’ve got a problem; the revolution slider plugin is installed but doesn’t work.
   It just shows blank. When I try to check the plugin in the wordpress admin module,
   it also shows a blank page. If I remove and reinstall the mlugin, will I lose
   all configurations I’ve created up to now ? Because that’s not really an option…
   And I’m afraid that if I take a backup, I’ll backup any error that I might have
   as well so that’s of no use.
 * Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
    Cheers Wim

 * Anyone got a solution to this? After deactivating all plugins, uninstalling and
   reinstalling de/reactivating I cannot access the admin page of Revolution Slider,
   it just comes up blank.

 * Hi all,
 * I got this fixed but I don’t remember how!
 * The clue to solving this I do remember, though; it’s important to TURN ON PHP
   DEBUGGING! when you try and open the admin page then, you’ll be able to see where
   the problem occurs.
 * I’ll check later today to see if I can find the solution…
 * Cheers

 * Hi [@enectus](https://wordpress.org/support/users/enectus/),
 * Are you using Roots Theme? If so, that’s the problem. I’m having the same problem
   and when I switch to another theme the admin screen goes back to normal.
 * I’ll keep looking into it.

 * I take it back, now I disabled all plugins except Revolution Slider and with
   Roots theme activated it loads randomly, sometimes it does, sometimes it does
   not.
