 * Is there a way to import bulk data from either a file or an on-line log such 
   as [http://www.runningahead.com](http://www.runningahead.com) ? I have 5 years
   of running logged and it would be nice to upload it in my blog….

   and Im sorry to say, but I dont have the time to develope what you need.
 * If you are familiar with databases it should be possible to import the data in
   some way.
 * I hope you’ll enjoy the plugin any way….
