# Plugin screen goes blank

 * Hello! I installed the WP Google Maps plugin on my site [https://mobilidadesampa.com.br](https://mobilidadesampa.com.br)
   but when I click on “Maps” in the left sidebar the screen goes blank and the 
   settings do not appear. What will be the problem or error that I should correct?

 * Thank you for getting in touch, my apologies for the delay in responding.
 * This looks very much like a server side error, can you please enable WP_DEBUG
   and WP_DEBUG_LOG in wp-config.php, refresh the page, open your error log and 
   then let us know if any messages appear there?
