# Plugin search bar

 * Hello,
 * I have installed a plugin search bar to get results directly when searching in
   the bar. I have also created a template in the theme builder for my Search results
   page. But, when I search in the plugin search bar I’m not directed to the search
   results page with the template, what do I have to do to correct this?
 * When I use the Royal search bar, I’m directed to the Search results page with
   the correct template.

 * Please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site
   info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: [royalelementoraddons@gmail.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-search-bar/royalelementoraddons@gmail.com?output_format=md)
 * Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content and click on Download Export
   File and then send this file to our email – [royalelementoraddons@gmail.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-search-bar/royalelementoraddons@gmail.com?output_format=md)
   as well
 * We will analyze your system and replicate the same case. This will help us to
