[Plugin: Section Widget] Disabling on certain pages, still loads the css

Hi,
in order to reduce load sizes on my site, I have just tried the setting to show my Section Widget on just the home page and a few others.

However, after doing this and flushing my cache, I find the ui.lightness css is still loading on pages which the Widget is not displayed (ie. it’s correctly not showing the Widget, but is loading files anyhow).

Any way to fix this behaviour?
