 * I need confirmation that this plugin will meet my requirements.
 * I need to setup a simple membership database.
 * The admin will setup users centrally so there is no requirement for users to 
   do this.
 * I want users to be able to login and view their own information (not edit)
 * I want to be able to email users easily as admin.
 * Thats it – will this do it ?
