# plugin setting issue

    I use paid version right now. When I active this plugin, I find it show“
   two” setting on my backend. “Tracking” and “Order Tracking” [https://imgur.com/JXFvhAo](https://imgur.com/JXFvhAo)
   And the layout become very strange. [https://imgur.com/dwnIixy](https://imgur.com/dwnIixy)
   I try to deactivate and reactive the plugin ,but still the asme. How can I fix
   it?

 * Hi spark,
 * That sounds like you’ve created a sales rep and assigned your own WP username
   to the sales rep. Sales reps are meant to only have limited access to the plugin,
   so that is why the limited “Sales Rep” menu is displaying. If you remove your
   WP user from the sales rep, it should resolve the issue.
