# Plugin Setting Randomly Disappearing From Gravity Forms

 * First of all, great plugin! It really is useful, however I have a similar problem
   to what some other people described.
 * For some reason, the plugin settings randomly disappear from the gravity forms
   options. The gravity form itself still works, and even accepts payment when this
   happens, but the plugin does not communicate with Braintree/the cc information
   is not submitted to them. As a result, no payment is processed.
 * It seems like it typically happens when any plugin is updated, although its somewhat
   inconsistent. While the plugin is great, this is a really major issue, because
   I’ve had to have a couple client submit payments twice, which obviously is less
   than ideal.
 * Any potential fixes to this in the works, and if so, will it be released anytime
   soon? Also, I saw you mentioned that recurring payments and custom field mapping
   would potentially be included in the next update….is that still the plan? It 
   would be great if the plugin could send the billing address info to Braintree
   as well.

 * This is currently a known bug and will be fixed in the next release
    [https://github.com/plugify/gravity-forms-braintree/issues/16](https://github.com/plugify/gravity-forms-braintree/issues/16)
 * For now, disabling and re-enabling the plugin should fix your issue.
