 * Our support is typically unavailable on the weekends; but I just happened to
   stumble on your topic here.
 * That is most often a plugin conflict. I’d suggest using the Health Check plugin
   to troubleshoot that. It will allow you to deactivate all plugins and put your
   site on a default theme ONLY for yourself — your live visitors will not see that.
   We have a write-up on that here:
    [https://givewp.com/documentation/resources/troubleshoot-wordpress-websites-health-check/](https://givewp.com/documentation/resources/troubleshoot-wordpress-websites-health-check/)
 * Then you can enable plugins one at a time and test again until you see the problem
   again. Then let me know which plugin caused the conflict and I can take a closer
   look at replicating the issue for you.
 * Thanks!

 * I deleted the theme, plugins everything after I disabled it. I cleared caches.
   I installed the givewp extension, but again no tables were created.

 * Perhaps you have some security settings at the server level that are preventing
   your WordPress site from creating custom database tables? Are you able to ask
   your web host about that?

 * Hello I asked the server authorities about this event. They wrote me this.
 * ……………………
    I have investigated the matter in depth for you, Veysel.
 * The plugin has a complex structure and there are a lot of instances that could
   interfere with the proper database tables creation.
 * Below for your reference, I will provide you with an official article from the
   issuers of the plugin explaining that the plugin might encounter difficulties
   within our hosting setup and with security plugins.
 * The solution provided on their page is viable and a permanent fix, but the steps
   provided there need to be taken from your end as we do not provide any application
   troubleshooting services as they are out of the scope of our support.

 * That is a great doc that is helpful overall. We actually have a lot of users
   on Siteground and they all use GiveWP with no issues. Try to follow the steps
   in the doc and let me know what you discover.

 * You are the developer of the plugin. If you can’t solve this problem, why should
   I get external support. why should I pay someone else when I’m going to pay this
   plug-in…

 * siteground :
 * There is nothing blocking creation of new database tables.
 * A lot of plugins are making their own tables, which is why we do not limit or
   block that functionality.
 * You can check the grants that your database user has in Site Tools -> MySQL -
   > Manage Access:
 * [https://prnt.sc/oxt30d](https://prnt.sc/oxt30d)
 * You will have to get back to the developers so they can troubleshoot further.

 * siteground answer :
 * I have checked your database (db85t98pj4uk4b) and I can confirm, that the database
   user assigned to it (ug3qbznb2kndt) has full privileges to this database. I can
   also confirm, that there are no global server-level restrictions which may prevent
   the creation of new database tables. As mentioned by my colleague, the “Create”
   function is also fully operational on the server and that can easily be tested
   on your end as well. As such, there is not much else we can do on our end to
   troubleshoot this further as the issue does not appear to be server-related.
 * However, there are a few potential workarounds, which I can suggest you to explore:
 * 1) You can ask the plugin developers of the missing tables can be manually created.
   If that is indeed possible, then you should be able to do that via the phpMyAdmin
   tool in your Site Tools -> Site -> MySQL -> phpMyAdmin.
 * 2) If you can install the plugin in a local environment of your website, then
   I can suggest you to simply transfer this website here (or at least the database
   of the same) which will contain the required database tables.
 * Nevertheless, I still advise you to check the with plugin’s developers first
   if these options are valid or if they can offer an alternative solution.
 * If there is anything with which we may be able to help you with on our end, please
   let us know.

 * Hi there,
 * Let me clarify a few things first:
    1. I never suggested getting outside help.
   We can help you 2. Please understand that what you are encountering is unique
   to your website — this is not a bug with GiveWP. So I’m working to try to support
   you to troubleshoot your website. 3. This is free support that we offer for our
   users. We do our best to respond quickly but your patience is appreciated.
 * If you see in the doc link [that Siteground pointed you to](https://givewp.com/documentation/core/frequent-troubleshooting-issues/handling-database-update-issues/),
   one known issue with Siteground specifically is sometimes their SG Super Cacher
   plugin and it’s support of database caching.
 * I’d suggest the following:
 * 1. Login to your Siteground cPanel account and open their “Super Cacher” settings.
   Make sure that ALL caching is disabled there and also clear all the caches there.
 * 2. If you do not yet have any donations or donors or forms created at all (meaning
   you’re just getting up and running with GiveWP then you should be able to delete
   everything from the plugin and start over (while Super Cacher is still totally
   off). To do that best, go to “Donations > Settings > Advanced” and enable the
   option to delete all data. Then deactivate and delete GiveWP, and then install
   it again and test.
 * I would recommend doing all those things while you have all other plugins deactivated
   if possible. That’s the best way to ensure that none of your other plugins are
   the cause of the problem. Then once everything is working as intended, you can
   activate the other plugins one at a time and check whether the problem is there
   again. If you activate a plugin and notice the problem again, let me know which
   plugin you activated and which you already have activated and I can test to see
   if I can replicate the problem you’re encountering.

 * Thank you very much. I like your plugin and want to use it. I did not know what
   to do as I did not solve this situation. I hope after you do what you say it
   will be fine and everything will be fine. 🙁

 * Yes you were right I solved the problem. it is the siteground cache plugin that
   is causing the problem. so there were tables now and on my first attempt there
   was no problem. I am very happy now. Turkish food I’ll eat in a day if you come
   to Turkey’s road. Thank you very much. 🙂 🙂 🙂 [http://www.geziko.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2016/12/Resim-1.jpg](http://www.geziko.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2016/12/Resim-1.jpg)
