    Hello

I was wondering if you have added to completely wipe all data from the plugin in newer versions. I have version 2.4.3 installed, after noticing weird behavior I deactivated it. But it seems that it is still running some code and puts products to out of stock. I dont have a cron running.

    any help would be appreciated
even if you send me instructions of how to wipe all data from database with phpmyadmin will be helpful

    thanks in advance

No, this feature is not added yet. Please wait if you are waiting for the function “wipe all data”.

do you have any idea why it would be changing the products to out of stock even with the plugin deactivated ?

I have no idea, even plugin is activated, still there are not extra scripts which will make products out of stock. Not every time the reason is the plugin. I would encourage you to troubleshoot this issue and narrow down it before reporting it here. This support thread is good to report the bugs, not the unidentified or unspecified issues or doubts only.

I exhausted all options before posting here , because I saw a lot of people complaining about negative stock (which is what is happening for me as well)

Most of them were not familiar with the options, in the recent version I have reduced the dependency of the cron job too. The problem is, users are not understanding the usage of support thread. It is an opensource community and we all are helping each-other and combining the efforts to get the issues resolved. One misunderstanding should be cleared that the issue you are facing and you are not sure about if it is a bug or not, first try to troubleshoot it because plugin developer cannot look into your system. And posting here will not give adequate insights.
