 * Hi
 * I have a website salty.co.in for which I have added the plugin autoptomize
 * I am confused with the setting and would really appreciate some help. Can you
   let me know if I should select the below option in JS and CSS
 * JS – Also aggregate inline JS?
 * CSS:
    Eliminate render-blocking CSS? or Inline all CSS?
 * Looking forward to your help
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fplugin-settings-19%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)
   to see the link]_

 * when in doubt go with the default settings 🙂
 * -> keep “also aggregate inline JS” as that might cause cache size issues
    ->
   don’t “inline all CSS” as that can make the HTML very bulky -> “eliminate render-
   blocking CSS” can help performance a lot, but you’ll need to tell AO what CSS
   to inline to style the site until the full CSS is loaded. If you’re interested
   in that, have a look at the “inline & defer CSS” parts of [the AO FAQ](https://wordpress.org/plugins/autoptimize/faq/)
   🙂
 * happy optimizing,

 * Hi
 * As you can see on the top in the attached photo, I frequently get Clear CSS/JS
   notification and I do the same
 * Does that have any negative impact on my site?
 * Also, what happens if I don’t clear it?

 * Sorry to disturb again, but as you might’ve have understood, I don’t have very
   good knowledge of this

 * Afraid one sentence in my previous response was lacking an important word:
 * > -> keep “also aggregate inline JS” as that might cause cache size issues
 * should be
 * > -> keep “also aggregate inline JS” off as that might cause cache size issues
 * the same goes for “also aggregate inline CSS” actually.
 * Regarding negative impact; cache size warning are an indicator of more important
   issues, see [https://blog.futtta.be/2016/09/15/autoptimize-cache-size-the-canary-in-the-coal-mine/](https://blog.futtta.be/2016/09/15/autoptimize-cache-size-the-canary-in-the-coal-mine/)
   so indeed better to avoid by configuring as described above.

 * you probably will also have to disable the 3rd option “also aggregate inline
   CSS” to avoid cache size warnings.
