 * Hello, I’m having some issues where I copy over installs of a site with Mobile
   Menu settings setup. The plugin works when we copy over the install but for some
   reason, over the next couple of days, it randomly deletes all the settings we
   had setup within the plugin.
 * We would like to use the plugin for all of our sites, but this is kind of holding
   us back. Is anyone else experiencing this??
 * Thank you,
    -Devon

 * Hi [@devoneddy](https://wordpress.org/support/users/devoneddy/),
 * We had a couple issues where the settings weren’t saved but nothing like that
   situation. The Settings are stored in the database it’s difficult to change it
   without somehow clicking in the “Save changes” button.
 * Are you using the latest version? Are you using any cache plugins? If so purge
   the cache and try to change something in the settings to see if it’s saving.
 * Let me know the result.

 * Hi, We have experienced the same thing two times now. We just realized the mobile
   menu was not working. When we went into the plugin, the settings had been deleted
   and we did not make any updates to the mobile menu. This was an issue some time
   ago as well and we updated the settings then, thinking the issue was resolved.
   Today we realized the mobile menu was not working and, again, the settings we
   had entered were deleted. No one has gone in to change anything within the plugin.

   Can you have a look at the error log files of the server to see if there is any
   error there that can give us a clue of what can be happening?
 * Also if possible can you share the list of active plugins. You can send it to[
   support AT wpmobilemenu DOT com]
 * Thanks
