 * Hello,
 * I’m having an issue on one of my sites with the plugin settings reverting back
   to default, as if I just installed the plugin. It’s happened twice now and I’m
   not sure what’s causing it.
 * The class of the posts container goes back to the one set by default so the filters
   stop working, and I’ve only realized it happened because I get the message “It
   appears that this page does not contain a container with the specified «HTML
   id or class of the Posts Container»”, so I’ve not been able to tell if it was
   caused by an update of another plugin or something else.
 * Any idea why this could be happening? Is this a common issue?
 * Thanks.

 * Hi @lamayas
 * Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
 * Can you please send the link to the page with the issue so we can check it?
 * Best Regards – Victor

 * Hi Victor, it’s not a specific page having the issue. Like I mentioned, the filters
   stopped working, so when I went to check the plugin settings I noticed that they
   had gone back to default and updated them again, but I had noticed it happen
   once before.
 * My site is currently on a temporary domain before launching, but I’m afraid this
   will happen again when the site is live.

 * Hi @lamayas
 * Unfortunately, in this case, there is not much that we can do.
 * Perhaps you have a PRO version, which is not activated, or you have some third-
   party plugins or custom themes which are causing this issue.
 * We’d recommend testing it on the clean WP with the default theme.
 * Best Regards – Victor

 * It’s from the repository, not a PRO version but I’ll keep an eye for what plugin
   conflict might be causing it.
 * Thanks.
