    Hi !

    I have an issue with the setup plugin step.

    1. Click on Setup Chat Plugin
    2. A new page opening
    3. Connection to facebook
    4. Page cannot be opened (cookies)
    5. Cookies deleted

    Step 1 to 3 again

    4bis :
    Your request could not be processed
    There was a problem with this request. We are working to resolve it as quickly as we can.

    Do you know how can I fix it ?

    To bypass this issue, I Setup the Plugin through the Fb page and generate a code, it works.

    Could you please explain the steps more analytically?
    I am getting the same error and I have not found a solution yet!

    disable the fb chat plugin
    follow the steps in the video to create a messenger embed code
    add that code to your websites html code
    save and publish your website
    about 10 min after, it worked

    I can answer this for you, you will need to insert the html code into each page you require if you’re not using the plug-in.

    I had to do this with Elementor by adding the html widget at the foot of each page.
