# Plugin Setup Stuck on Step 2 Only 7% Progress

 * Hello,
 * We have downloaded the plugin via Woocommerce.com and during initial setup we
   connected to Hubspot account and running Step 2 for creating groups & properties
   the progress bar gets to 7% and doesn’t move further. Tried reading online of
   similar issues and tried deactivating plugin, re-installing, re-logging into 
   Hubspot account (etc) yet still no success.
