# [Plugin: Shadowbox JS] Intermittently working…

 * I hope anybody can repeat the problem I’m having, but sometimes the shadowbox
   is not launching, and the browser simply tries to download the FLV file.
 * If I refresh the browser sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t – sometimes
   I have to relaunch the browser for it to work.
 * I’ve tested it on various browsers (mac and pc) and the same behaviour.

 * I thought it might have been an old link to SWFobject causing the issue, but 
   I removed it and still the same problem.
 * If anyone has any ideas? Thanks…

 * Thanks for the reply Sivel…I was hoping somebody would have the problem!
 * I’m still getting it – which is strange, Just launched it on FF. on PC and it’s
   trying to download the FLV file…However it never happened at all today when I
   looked at at work (FF Mac).
 * So I’m lost – maybe its something to do with being logged into the back-end, 
   some cookie issue or something, but I am guessing…
 * Well I’m not logged into the back-end – so it can’t be that!

 * Only recommendation I have is make sure that you have flash player installed 
   and that it is functioning properly.
