 * The plugin requires PHP5. It looks like you are using PHP4

 * I upgraded to PHP5 (Godaddy) this morning and I get the exact same error when
   trying to activate.

 * It’s working now. I upgraded to PHP5 through godaddy’s console and it said upgrade
   was completed. I guess it took time to actually bake in. Thanks.
