# Plugin Short code causes articles to not load

 * After upgrade to version 3.5, articles with the short code embedded do not load.
   When debugging, I see this error:
 * **Fatal error**: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate
   266240 bytes) in **/wp-includes/functions.php** on line **7191**
 * There is no problem with the bottom load of the related articles, only with the
   short code.

 * I can confirm there is an issue with the short code. I’m looking into a fix for
   this.

 * I just pushed through a v3.5.1 that should fix this memory issue. Will you be
   able to check?
