# Plugin: Short code doesn't work on first page

 * Hello,
 * if this problem is already discussed, please tell me where to look, as i am new
   with wordpress.
 * To be quick, I want this carousel from : [here
    
    to look the same on first page
   under the menu.
 * On the page it looks ok, but on homepage not, it shows the content of short code
   instead of the slideshow: [look](http://www.mieresibiu.ro)
 * I used the plugin from [here](http://www.gopiplus.com/work/2011/10/14/horizontal-carousel-image-slideshow-wordpress-plugin/)
   with the shortcode like this: [CAROUSELSHOW:GROUP=GROUP2:W=250:H=167:SPEED=3:
   DIRECTION=LR:SIDES=6]
 * I just want to display the slideshow on the first page using this effect. Please
   help

 * I had to change the first page because it looks bad, like this:

 * I moved the slideshow on the bottom of the page in the first link

 * Nobody? I think this has a simple sollution, it’s just because I am new I don’t
   see it
