[Plugin: Shortcodes Ultimate] Conflict with other plugin( T.O.C.)

Hi,
I love your plugin and think it’s super.

However, I am using a plugin called Table of Content for the site I’m working on and any shortcode placed inside of the Table of content shortcode doesn’t work.

And as this plugin shortcode is supposed to be wrapped around all of the page content to work, I can’t use the shortcodes then.

I tried using Compatibility mode and Disable custom formatting, but didn’t do any good here.

Any advice
