    I am using your plugin for my website.When I click to see the issue
   it shows 500 error and even when I want to reply it shows 500 error. Thanks

 * Can you double-check your PHP version? The plugin needs 5.6 or later.
 * If you’re already running 5.6 or later then chances are you’re running into a
   conflict with another plugin. Here is a list of plugins that users have reported

 * I am using this plugin almost 8 months and it was working fine. but in few days
   I am seeing this issue. and my php version is 7+ . For more details please check

 * If you’ve been using it for a while then chances are an update to one of the 
   other plugins on the site probably introduced a conflict of some kind. What is
   the error in the WordPress debug.log file?
