# Plugin shows wrong order-status

 * Your plugin running in our store for a few days now. But there’s a problem.
 * We have a long list of around 20 recovered orders. All the orders on that list
   shows order-status “completed” – but in real only one of them is “completed”.
   That’s the one, I got an admin-mail for. In my opinion the canceled or pending
   orders shouldn’t appear on that list.
 * Could you help me out here?

 * Can you please confirm if we are understood your issue correctly?
    i.e., 20 orders
   are recovered in our plugin, but only one order is completed in the Woocommerce
   order section.
 * If yes, then can you please what the order status of such orders is?
 * You can select the order statuses in plugin settings for which you do not want
   to send the emails and mark the order as recovered. If you do not want to mark
   the cart abandoned for a pending order, then deselect the pending order status
   in plugin settings.

 * in the plugin-settings I selected all order-statuses to be excluded from sending
   emails.
 * You are right. The plugin shows 20 orders as recovered. The status of them in
   the plugin is “completed”. But in woocommerce they are “failed”, “pending” or“
   canceled”. Only one order is really “recovered” and has status “completed”. That’s
   the order I got an admin-mail for.
 * In my understanding the recovered-orders list should show the real “order-status”
   from woocommerce. All the orders, which are not processing or completed should
   not appear in the stats as “recovered”.

 * When you select the order status in the “Exclude email sending for” option, It
   will mark the order as recovered for that order status and not send future emails.
 * If you do not want to mark the pending, canceled, or failed orders status as 
   recovered, uncheck that order status in plugin settings.
