[Plugin: Simple Facebook Comments] Error when saving App ID

I just installed and activated the Simple Facebook Comments app.

When I copy my App ID from my FB account and try and paste it into the plugin and then click the save button, it takes me to a 404 ERROR page.

Any help or suggestions?
