 * The plugin is working great, and I want to thank you for it. However, I do notice
   that entering the domain name into a web browser brings me to my site, but many
   times the plugin runs cron in the URL which the search engines are picking up
   and indexing causing duplicate content.
 * Is there a way in the new version to DISABLE automatic sitemap creation and add
   a manual build in settings?
