 * Hi,
 * I’ve installed the plugin ‘Simple Lightbox’ but it’s not working.
    I’ve deactivated
   the rest of plugins and put the default theme but still isn`t working.

 * Hi, the link you provided appears to require a login to access it. As a result,
   I am unable to take a closer look. However, the HTTP authentication can block
   SLB from accessing the files it needs to run, and removing the authentication
   should allow SLB to function normally.
 * Please let me know if you are still experiencing an issue once the login requirement
   has been removed and I would be glad to take another look.
