 * Great plug-in, just what I needed – thanks! There is a minor bug which results
   in the following error message displaying:
 * > Notice: Undefined variable: post in /var/www/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/bainternet-
   > simple-toc/simple-toc.php on line 172…
 * You’re just missing a `global $post;` at the top of `toc_by_h_tags()` function.
