I’m having the same problem, and Im running on PHP5. I just tested it. I’m using it live. Double check them, as it is absolutely *vital* that you follow those instructions to the very letter. I think dreamhost should give twitter lot’s of headaches regarding spam and all that stuff, perhaps they blocked it?
