# Plugin simply never worked?

 * Hello there!
 * After searching for the best pop up plugins for WP, I found out about Icegram,
   and I must say, I am very impressed about all the features this plugin has. Unfortunately
   I am not able to make this plugin work on my site: goldenspeedseo.com
    I’ve tried
   to preview or publish the default campaign but nothing ever shows up on my site.
   Could this be due to the fact that we’re using an outdated version of WP (as 
   some of the plugin we’re using at not working with WP last version) or is there
   a potential with another conflict?
 * Hope to hear from you guys soon! Really impatient to get this plugin on my site.

 * Can you please let us know which version of WP you are using?
 * Icegram requires version 3.9 and above.
 * If you are on older version update your WP to 3.9 and above.
 * If you are on higher version that this mail us at “hello@icegram.com”
