# Plugin size

 * I’ve previously run into a few issues with memory and plugin usage on my site.
 * I’m currently using 77 of 128MB for wordpress on my server… I see this plugin
   is around 26MB, uncompressed. Will making backups bloat this plugin and ultimately
   max out my memory limitations?
 * Thank you

 * Hi,
 * The size of the plugin will not affect your memory limit. The memory limit refers
   to the amount of RAM that is available to the site. This is distinct from the
   disk space on the server.
 * If you are finding that backups are encountering errors or not completing, please
   could you reduce the ‘Split backups every’ option (in the ‘expert settings’ section)
   to 25MB.
    This will split the backup into smaller, more manageable files.
