# [Plugin: Slideshow Gallery] Slideshow won't display despite using post_id shortcode

 * I just installed slideshow gallery.
 * I customised the settings and then went to add it to a post.
 * I added the shortcode to a post that has images attached already and used the
   following shortcode – [slideshow post_id=”X”] where X is the ID of the post.
 * Nothing appears at all – for reference the theme I’m using is the continuum theme.

 * It doesn’t work for me too.. both if I use post id or gallery id.

 * It’s hard to say why it doesn’t display.
    You’re sure there are images uploaded
   to the post in the media library? Can you maybe pass a link to the slideshow 
   so I can check please?

 * I’ve inserted the short code as well for a custom gallery. All the images are
   uploaded through the gallery plugin area.
 * [slideshow gallery_id=”1″] is what I have in there. I think everything is right.
   Actually I know everything is right.

 * Here’s where I think the problem is: If you see on the first post below there
   is a featured image. When you click on it there is a lightbox effect.

 * Then when you click on the featured image in this post where I’m trying to include
   the image slider the effect is much different, the lightbox effect does not work.
   So this must be a .js problem with two files getting crossed up. Am I right?

 * On the first link I don’t see the slideshow.
 * On the second link I do see it but it’s not loading because of Javascript errors
