 * A capitalized word inside a link is modified, too:
 * `<a href="someLINKtonowhere">link</a>`
 * is modified to
 * `<a href="some<abbr>LINK</abbr>tonowhere">link</a>`
 * which kills the link. Thus, links should by excluded from replacement.
