# [Plugin: SmartS3 Video Plugin] Doesn't work.

 * When I click on “Insert Shortcode” nothing happens.
 * Tested in latest versions of Chrome / Firefox to no avail.

 * Interesting. I just tested it with the latest version of WordPress in both Chrome
   and Firefox and it works just fine.
 * 9 times out of 10 in this situation it’s a JavaScript conflict with another plugin…
   or your theme. Try it when running the default theme with all other plugins disabled
   and see if it works then.
