# [Plugin: Special Recent Posts] Thumbnail height

 * Is there any way to set the thumbnail height to auto so that the width is consistent
   but the height can vary so the image does not crop? My post thumbnails are not
   set to crop.

 * How would I set the thumbnails to have an auto height then? If you go to my site
   at [http://www.hanoverian.org](http://www.hanoverian.org) halfway down the page
   under “Recent Show Updates” you can see some of the vertical thumbnails are being
   clipped.
