# Plugin stalls at “Processing…” stage. Order does not process

 * Has anyone experienced the following problem:
 * I click the Add to Cart button.
 * The Stripe modal appears after a long delay (around 5-10 seconds).
 * I enter the payment details.
 * The green tick appears.
 * The payment modal disappears.
 * The “Processing…” text appears.
 * That is where the process ends. “Processing…” remains on the screen indefinitely.
 * I have checked all the settings and can see nothing wrong.
 * There are no logs relating to the many test orders I have made.
 * Thank you in advance for your help.

 * Hello, I have the same problem: I got the green tick, then when the modals closes,
   I have “En cours…” showing up…
    No transaction in my Strip Account nor in the
   transaction listing in the WP site… And no mail for errors.
 * I precised that everything worked well in test mode…
 * I would appreciate some help , thank you

 * Thanks to him I could work on fixing that issue, I just pushed version 2.1.10.2
   that should fix this issue ( Failing transactions not showing the error message).
 * Could you update and test please ?
