No caching plugin. JSON is enabled. The plugin settings are to check every hour. BTW, I must have missed this in your previous reply, but I’m not using the Pro version. I have version 2.3.7 installed, and it goes days without updating, even though there are regular FB posts each day. We haven’t been able to replicate the problem on any of our own test sites and only a few users are appearing to have the issue which makes it very tricky to troubleshoot. It’s possible that it’s related to this WordPress bug: [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/33561](https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/33561) but we’re not positive yet.
