# Plugin stopped to work.

 * Since I updated WordPress to 3.9.2 from 3.9.1, plugin stopped to work.

 * I personally have not had an issue even with the latest WordPress 4.0 update.
   I would suggest disabling all plugins except wp_atheltics and do some fault finding.
   Turning each plugin on individually until you find the culprit.

 * I can confirm it is running fine on 4.0.1 as well. Can you describe the issue
   and errors you are getting beside it did not work. Does it not initialize or 
   are you just not seeing the results or admin boards? Which browser and OS?

 * Ok, that one is a lot harder to troubleshoot without more information. I there
   may be a conflict with another plug or something on your server got updated and
   your wordpress did not. Is there a reason you are not on 4.0.1 yet and are you
   running a current version of PHP?

 * I am on 4.0.1.
 * This problem has begun with the 3.9.2. version and is already here until the 
   4.0.1 version.
 * I run under PHP 5.3.3.

 * Have you tried wordpress debug mode or are your server logs specifically erroring
   on any specific file? I know when I was troubleshooting another plugin it pointed
   me to at least the file generating the error. Does the error occur in Admin only
   and does it disable your site completely, just disable the plugin, or does it
   disable admin but not the none-logged in user and to external users otherwise
   seems fine?
 * I was running an older version of PHP and upgraded to 5.6 I believe, 5.3 is EOL
   as of August and 5.4 is coming EOL in June. The recommended version is 5.5 at
   a minimum usually right now. That may also be something to try.

 * PHP 5.3 is EOL but supported by RedHat until Nov. 30 2020.
 * I asked to my host to change the version of php.

 * My hosting updated my php version to 5.4.35. And now your plugin works fine.

 * OK great, glad I could help. Can you please mark the thread resolved?
 * I have made a note to update the readme to state you need to at least be running
   PHP 5.4 for the plug-in to work.
