# Plugin stopped working

 * Hi,
 * the plugin stopped working. There are two issues:
 * 1. if your Braintree plugin is activated when on the cart-page the “Cart Total”
   and “Proceed to Checkout” option are not enabled by default, see image:

 * but if I change the cart quantity the begin to show
 * 2. On the checkout page the payment options are also greyed out similar like 
   in the above image and one can not finish the checkout.
 * Note that I’ve tested this also when all plugins deactivated and when the theme
   is switched to the default theme. The problem still persists. However if I disable
   all the braintree options (we use credit cards and paypal) the checkout works.
 * Please help

 * I am having the same problem as well. At the checkout page the fields where i
   enter credit card number, expiration and ccv are greyed out and do not allow 
   me to enter text.

   > Create a ticket > Free plugins.. Please make sure to include a temporary Administrator
