# Plugin stopped working

 * Hi Danny,
 * I’ve been using this plugin for a few years and it always worked fine. But all
   of a sudden it stopped working. I’m using the free version.
 * When I enter an email address the general error message shows up. I’m using the
   sidebar widget on: [http://www.dreamsshop.nl](http://www.dreamsshop.nl)

 * I see the form required a first- and lastname field. Now it seems to work fine.
