Plugin Stopped Working Properly

    Hi There

    I’ve run into a problem where I’m getting critical WordPress errors (which my ISP tells me is being caused by Max Mega Menu) and I’m struggling to open the Max mega Menu Setup from the menu panel. i.e. It just hangs and I need to refresh a couple of times.

    I’ve deleted/deactivated all the plugins that I installed after Max Mega Menu but the problem persists.

    Clearly it must be some kind of conflict but I’m not seeing what exactly. I’m hoping you could have a look and let me know if you can see whats causing these problems.

    Hi kimcoetzee,

    With every error you see on your site, there should be an error logged behind the scenes. Please can you ask your host exactly what the error messages are?

    If it works, but only some of the time, it sounds like your host may be not giving your site enough resources, and upgrading to a better plan or changing host would likely fix it.
