# plugin stops thumbnail creation

 * Hi thanks for the plugin readers are having fun with it. When I create a new 
   gallery, upload images the thumbnails don’t get created. If I disable the plugin
   entirely, reupload and the thumbs are created correctly I then can re-enable 
   the plugin and all is well, kinda a pain.

 * That is weird! I have never had anyone complain of that before, and I’ve never
   had that happen in any of my installs. What versions of WP, NGG and NGG Voting
   are you using.
    Also, how are you creating the gallery, and uploading the images(
   just so I can be sure to test EXACTLY like you are using it).

 * Hey shauno, sorry for the tardy reply, was on the road. core and plugin are newest
   versions
 * Wp 3.5.1
    ngg 1.9.12 voting 2.4.1
 * I create a gallery from /nggallery-add-gallery select the options I want for 
   voting and upload the images. images complete then thumbnail creation begins 
   and it errors out. If I simple don’t select any options for voting and try again,
   same error. Only disabling the plugin, uploading and creating thumbs, then re-
   enable the voting plugin and selecting the options I want works fine. I thought
   maybe a php memory issue, cust has a vps with 128megs of php mem, dunno?

 * I’ve just had a chance to quickly setup a completely fresh test install, with
   nothing but the latest WP, NGG, and NGG Voting. But I cannot replicate what you
   are experiencing.
    Do you perhaps have access to the error logs on the server?
   They might be able to give a more specific error that could explain more about
   what is happening? What other active plugins do you have (and can you test with
   them disabled?).

   the admin side of NGG not on the front end side for voting for me…

 * I cannot replicate this at all.
    JJ, can you please zip up and send me your plugins
   directory (only plugins you have active) to shaunalberts AT gmail DOT com. I 
   will add them to a test install and see if I can replicate the problem that way.
