# plugin stops working

 * I’ve configured and tested the plugin a few times only to have it stop working
   after a short amount of time. My site has recently moved to a new server. Could
   this be the cause? Is there something built into the license key that shuts it
   down if the environment changes. Can I reactivate or acquire a new license?

 * Hi,
 * It doesn’t affect ldap plugin if you move website from one server to other.
 * Please try deactivating and activating plugin again. After that you will be asked
   to login with miniOrange credentials.
 * Let us know if you can get it working.
