# Plugin stops working…

 * I’ve been using your plugin for a while and sometimes (when I try to add content
   to one of the pages) the plugin stops working in all of them and all the text
   is showed…
 * Can you help me fixing it?

 * check your theme’s header.php file for the following:
 *     ```
       <script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.lamandarinadenewton.com/wp-content/themes/journalcrunch_baruch/js/jquery-1.4.2.min.js"></script>
       ```
   
 * This is a VERY old version of jQuery and is being force-loaded by your theme (
   bad) If you find the line, delete it. Let us know if that helps.

 * Hi!
    Many thanks for the quick reply! Just one thing…cause I’m not an expert 
   on this… should I delete or replace it with something that will load another 
   version of jQuery? When I deleted this script some features of the webpage (submenus,
   slideshow) stopped working…

 * another version of jQuery is already being loaded on your page. That line is 
   force-loading an old version extra to the correct version. If your menu and slideshow
   stop working, it is because they are very old and can not work with newer version
   of jquery.
 * We just did a bit of googling and found that the theme you are using [journalcrunch](http://demo.s5themes.com/journalcrunch/)
   is at version Version: 2.0.6 and the version you have installed does not even
   show which version it is.
 * Please consider a) updating your theme (highly recommended) or b) downgrade to
   an [older version of collapse-o-matic](http://wordpress.org/plugins/jquery-collapse-o-matic/developers/).
