    I copy the code from google and paste it into the stout editor change my color and size ( and the changes show up on the calender preview ) I then copy the code from the stout editor to my websites calender page and paste it into the html window.Preview the page after the paste and the calendar is the original google blue again.

    You shouldn’t copy the code from the Stout Google Calendar editor.
    Instead, you should save the calendar and either:
    1) Use the shortcut provided under the saved calendar name to add to a post/page on your site, or
    2) Add the calendar to via a Widget
