# [Plugin: Subscribe2] Auto-Unsubscribe

 * I see settings for “Auto Subscribe”, but nothing for “Auto Unsubscribe”.
 * Would it be possible to add a setting so that when a person puts in their email
   address and clicks the Unsubscribe button on the site, they are immediately unsubscribed,
   rather than having to wait on an email and then click a link within?

 * No, there isn’t. It would be far too easy then for a malicious person to start
   randomly hitting your site with email addresses to unsubscribe and this would
   automatically be completed with no user confirmation.
