    Hello, this plugin doesn’t seem to be working on our site, but no errors in console or logs to understand why. We have purchased the premium version and emailed support but seen some negative feedback on Facebook around the support available, so just wanted to check on here to see if this plugin is supported at that level. Many thanks for your help.
