# Plugin support is bad

 * Plugin incompatible with another plugin, so when closed products still can be
   added to cart.
    First support request had a quick response, but after that i 
   never heard back. Plugin is useless in our scenario, so money wasted..
 * Very bad support.

 * Hi, Thank you for your opinion. Basically Im the team lead and plugin author.
   Whole team is off now for a reason. I lost my father Sunday. I hope everything
   will be normal from next week. So please allow us to handle this situation and
   get back to you with a solution.
