 * I have a table with a column of runtimes formatted like ‘101m’. I downloaded
   the sorting plugin, but the code on the site doesn’t work. I’m not sure how to
   edit the code to get the desired effect.

 * Hi,
 * thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.
 * For this format, you’d have to add a “Custom Command” as mentioned on the Extension’s
   web page. Did you try that?
    Can you please post a link to the page with the
   table where this problem happens, so that I can take a direct look? Thanks!
 * Regards,
    Tobias

 * I copied the
 * > “columnDefs”: [ { “type”: “formatted-num”, “targets”: [ 2, 3 ] } ]
 * bit and just replaced the column number. I didn’t know if anything else was
   meant to be changed.

 * Hi,
 * yes, that’s the code that I was referring to, and from what I can see, you adjusted
   it correctly. However, the DataTables Sorting Plugins Extension’s JavaScript
   file is not loaded in the page.
    This likely means that you did not activate
   the Extension on the “Plugins” page of WordPress. Could you please check that?

    Tobias

 * D’oh! I didn’t even think to check that. It’s working fine now 🙂 Thanks for
   helping and for the quick response!
